Vail ran over to Mirage and checked him over. Since she was also man-made she had learned a few things about circuits.

Relic and Vestige stepped in front of Mirage and Vail as extra protection in case Nell's protect didn't work.

The water has gotten into the circuitry, so said circuitry is overflowing with water. It seems impossible to make it work again.

He said that, then started firing, filling everyone around him with bullets, making sure not to kill anyone.

Vestige stood in front of everyone that was near Nell and Mirage, the bullets that hit their shield bounced off but a few hit their feet and such but they stayed standing to protect their friends.

The Type Y turned the gun into a submachine:

"A MAN! HAS GUN! HEY, MAN! HAVE FUN!"

He started drilling into Vestige's defense.

Vestige let out a growl, barely able to withstand all the attacks from the gun. They were on the edge of collapsing but kept trying their hardest to stay standing.

The Type Y let out one final:

"NICE SHOT, MAN!"

After that, the bullets caught on fire, a weird, dark purple fire, starting to rip through Vestige's defense.

Vestige couldn't hold their stance and collapsed from the strain of it all. They weren't dead but extremely tired and weak.

Relic crouched and broke into a run towards the shade, going in a wide circle around it to use Behemoth Blade on it.

The Type Y just kept firing dark bullets, which turned into tiny Shades on contact. The tiny Shades started biting Relic and Vestige, but the Type Y stopped them from hurting Vestige:

"Type Ones! Leave the defeated one alone! We want them alive! All of you, focus on the attacker!"

The Type Ones from Vestige jumped on Relic.
That's why I said 'Hey, man, nice shot!'

Relic started to shake themself to try and get the shades off. They used their sword to hold off the ones that were trying to get on them but some of them were able to get past and Relic continued to try and get the shades off.

The Type Y's distraction had worked as he created another machine gun, firing on Relic with one and on the rest of the team with the other.

Since Relic didn't have as much defense as Vestige, they started to grow weaker much more quickly. They finished shaking the shades off but was pretty badly hurt from the combination of the shades and the shots from the shade.

Vail turned into a steel-type and stood in front of Mirage in an attempt to protect the small Mewtwo.

Yggdrasil used Moonblast to counter some of the bullets but they were going so fast that the ones that didn't get deflected hit him.

Once Relic was down, the machine gun used on it was turned into a flamethrower. The Type Y turned the flamethrower on Vail, heating it up, while the other machine gun fired on Yggdrasil.

Vail changed into a water type but still had taken significant damage from the flamethrower.

Yggdrasil didn't even attempt to counter the bullets. He didn't think there was a point in it since the shade seemed to be unable to die even after how many times everyone hit it with their strongest attacks.

Vail seemed to be indecisive and changed back into a normal type. She wanted to protect her friends but at the same time how could she do that? She saw Relic and Vestige, collapsed and Yggdrasil who had given in and also Mirage who had been caused to malfunction. She sighed and sat down in surrender.

The Shade stopped his relentless assault:

"See? You can be reasonable too! I have you all except for the old man Scriptus and the Zygarde, but by the time they'll be back..."

The Shade grabbed a pack of dynamite and a barrel of blood:

"I'll make it look like you were all tragically killed."

The Shade teleported them all right to Destral, then detonated the dynamite, splattering the blood everywhere and making it look like they died.

Isake was next to Relic. She wasn't sure where they were but she didn't really care either. She hoped that all of the Pokemon would be alright.

Vestige opened their eyes slightly and looked at their surrounding. They didn't recognize the place but still looked around to map out the area in their head.

"You're in Destral's realm now, enjoy your stay! Destral himself doesn't seem to be here for now, but you have me for company, isn't that great?"
