“Think of it not as the end, but the beginning of something else.
It’s never the end....rather it’s another beginning, another path.
You are still you to me, and...you still mean much to me.” He
sighed as he pulled him in for a comforting hug
“The thing on the back of your head must have been Kingsley,” He
snarled, turning around hastily. “They better not be here or I’ll
make sure they’re never anywhere ever again.” His axe swung at the
ground, kicking up some rocks in his fury.
“...” He didn’t say anything. He couldn’t say anything. Kingsley
had more or less pulled him out of his depression, as such he
didn’t harbour any negative views against him. But he hid that from
Gadian. “A-Anyways....I might have to drag some information out of
Groudon soon...”
Kiwi began cautiously approaching Groundon, hoping it trully was
defeated. Just in case, she began the proccess of heating the water
inside her, if her life had taught her anything, it was that one
could never be too careful. She payed no mind to any of the others,
as she just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Maybe the next one
would be more in her element.
His eye widened. He met Yung’s gaze. “They used me to gain...
victims. They forced me into a fake reality where everybody wanted
blood. Too many people fell during that time,” His gaze darkened
with fear and rage. “It was a nightmare. I spent what felt like
years in that world. And the way out?” He looked away, then at his
axe, then at the Yung again. “Taking myself out.” His face tensed
with hatred. “They didn’t want me out. Took most of my right eye.
It’s an ugly, sightless hole in there now. I don’t want anyone to
see the scar they left. They don’t deserve happiness. They don’t
deserve teammates. They don’t deserve this world.”
“..:” He sighed. “...they admitted their cowardice...but...even if
it happened to me...I would have to move on, and keep looking
forward.” He pulled out Kingsley’s note and gave it to Gadian
He looked down at the note, his gaze clouded with worry. He went
quiet and handed him the note back. “Two faced. That’s what they
are.” He was furious.
