Taway and Givit went a different path, not knowing what the path Yung took would lead to. While the island's wildlife-free, they don't exactly know that.

The Primeape attacked Tawey and Givit with Low Kick

Yung had already began charging an Aura Sphere

The Tyranitar attacked with Rock Slide

It hits Givit. Taway responds with a nuzzle to attempt to paralyze the primeape.

Primeape couldn’t move.

There was something strange. It didn’t seem like they were doing damage at all, effective move or otherwise

Having paralyzed the Primeape, Taway and Givit leave back towards Xerneas as to not cause further problems with inhabitants. That paralysis should wear out by itself eventually.

Rea waited until Shadow released her Dark Pulse to use Iron Tail on the Tyranitar.

Tawey and Givit were...boxed in? They could not flee the area

Yung nodded and charged an Aura Sphere and released it at the same time. Still no sign of damage

Noticing this, they both sighed. They then looked at the primeape while still next to this wall to bait an attack and see if they can go through it.

Rea ran behind the Tyranitar and used Blizzard being careful not to hit Shadow and Yung.
