I am onto the fifth Raylong quest (Hatch an egg and raise it to level 100).

Shortly after I unlocked it I hatched Aqua the harvest sprite, and he was counted as the strongest Pokemon for a while. Then after I hatched a Pidgey suddenly the Pidgey was strongest Pokemon, even though the Pidgey is level 1 and Aqua is level 50. Aqua should still be labeled as strongest Pokemon...

...and that's a wrap.

Not a bug at all. The shown pokémon is simply the pokémon that will take the least time/EXP to get to level 100. Aqua is still usable, but it will take longer than with the Pidgey.
