Peridot was making her way down Beach city Boardwalk I wonder how Steven’s doing... she thought as she reached Steven’s house

Cream Pearl was haphazardly dragging Choco along the beach. Her eyes, though couldn’t see them her sparkling with adventure as them ran. Choco was struggling to keep up though. The hot sun and piles of sand in her shoe were unpleasant. This is nothing like homeworld. How did the Crystal Gems tolerate this?! She though then coming to an abrupt stop. Cream Pearl had crashed into Peridot. Cream Pearl dazed, got up her head was spinning, she was in such a rush to go and get a closer look at the temple that she didn’t see the small green dorito standing in front of her. Choco got up and dusted herself off groaning slightly. She then looked at Peridot grabbing her hand she smiled. ”I’m very sorry... you, Cream Pearl should have watched where she was going.” Choco looked up and then also caught a glimpse off the temple in aw.

“N-no it’s ok.. I’m Peridot, what’s your name” she said, rubbing her gem, you could easily see her glasses were cracked straight in the middle that almost cracked me.. I’m lucky to have glasses... she thought

Choco stood up straight. ”I am Choco Berry Pearl, and this is Cream Pearl.” Cream Pearl nodded and added. ”We-we’re new to E-Earth.” Her Boise has a bit horse like she hadn’t used it in a while or at least didn’t use it offen.

”The temple!” Cream Pearl shouts all the sudden exited and full of energy. She also randomly throws sand in the air. The small grains sift between her finger as Cream Pearl savory the feeling. ”So what way first?” Choco chimes in smiling and Cream Pearl’s excitement.

Onyx was to shy to go talk to them so she decided to follow them she followed them around until she saw
They were going to stevens house she fastly sneakead in and hid somewhere
Hoping they wouldn't notice

and making corrupting noises she tried to not make to much noises but she did

Peridot would start to hear strange noises, she turned around trying to look for the source of the noise and lifted up a trash can lid incase of any danger, quickly going into a defensive stance “who’s there?!” Peridot continued to look around “hey, did you guys hear that? I thought I heard some gem being corrupted! we’re REALLY going to have to get Steven!” She said to both of the pearls as she panicked

”What’s corruption?” Cream Pearl asked wondering. Since corruption only happens on Earth and they were both made in Homeworld they were clueless to such thing.

“It’s... Corruption is even worse then being broken, if you’re corrupted you don’t have control over yourself and you turn into a monster, you also can’t remember anything from before the corruption.. atleast I think so.... I’m only taking a guess since I’ve never been corrupted...” Peridot told the two pearls

“Well, you can poof them and leave them in a bubble or you can purify them... only Steven and the diamonds can fully purify them though...” Peridot said with worry in her voice


(Corrupted Peridot would probably look like this combined with this or something similar)

”Bubbling gems? I... I did a lot of that during the war.” Cream Pearl adds letting it roll of her tongue her voice getting weaker by the word until she’s barely heard. ”Well bubbling them seems like the best option without getting the diamonds.” Choco said crossing her arms.

”Well we could bubble them and then get this... Steven. That’s his name right? And then get the diamonds. Boom! Problem solved.” Choco said putting her hand on her cheek. Cream Pearl then chimed in. ”But we don’t know if we can get this... Steven and the diamonds! You know how high ranking the diamonds are so Steven must also be high ranking to be actively communicating with the diamonds!”

She stopped making corupting noises until she decided that she could try finding an Bathroom to lock herself
in there

Onyx ran quickly to the bathroom and locked herself in making alot of noise
