“Ok, just checking...” she had sudden flashbacks to her other friends. They said the exact same thing and died a few days later. But goddesses can’t die... why was she worrying so much?

Argus barked a short, metallic bark, signifying for them to follow. He led them close to the school, close enough to where the girl couldn’t see them.

Mylee was so startled, she yelled and jumped. “Who are you? What are you doing here?” She saw the dog that was here before. It calmed her down a little bit, seeing that the dog was with them. “Sister? I’m sorry, but I don’t have siblings...”

“What’s a goddess?” She asked. She giggled to herself at the humor the blonde haired girl put in. She took a closer look at her eyes, something was different about them. One was a beautiful blue color, but the other looked like one of those Galaxy pictures she saw. She thought she even saw planets spinning around.

Staying back as to not overwhelm Mylee, Eraqus Caelum quirked an eyebrow when he heard that she was the goddess of childhood. A small resentment built up within him as their domains technically overlapped which sickened him. Mylee hadn't done anything wrong and it wasn't her fault that she was made a goddess. Just looking and listening to her kicked Eraqus Caelum's maternal instincts into overdrive
