There were some raised voices “...you did this again?! What are you, 6?!” one of the speakers yelled. “You just made me lose my keys a minute ago and now this?!”

There was just some laughter in response to this. It seems as though someone had sat on a whoppee cushion

Two pokemon were arguing; The Zangoose was clearly the one who fell victim to the whoppee cushion, as the chair they were sat on was just behind them, and the cushion was right there. The perpetrator of the prank seemed to be a Sneasel, who was laughing away.
“Where the hell are my keys?!” The Zangoose cried out as he looked around and put a knee on the chair to climb up and look around, the whoppee cushion responded with loud rude noises, which to the the Zangoose’s ire, made various people, not just the Sneasel start laughing

He had tapped a human. “Well... that Zangoose is quite the stoodge. He’s such a grump, and as such, he’s often a victim of many people’s pranks here...and since he hates fart noises more then anything...well, here we are.”
