Where can I catch a Combee ?
Their rarity status says "Special",so why are they so special ?

The only way to get Combee, is through the Honeycomb.
They can't be gotten from the Lab, which makes them 'special' (:

[Of course you can still buy Combee from other users and breed them in the GTS]

@Lorry14 : You can only randomly encounter a Combee at the Route 53 : HoneyTree, after you slather a bit of Honey there.. thus, making its rarity as "special". :)

You can either catch it with any kind of Pokéballs that are available on this site.
You can randomly buy those balls at the Item Shop. ;)

I won the "Event Spriting Contest" as it says on News Announcement #224.
