"Arise... ironic. I'm Doctor Panophobia, I do research about the alternate worlds' distortion." He mumbled, distracted. After a few more minutes, they found themselves near a tree. He hooked a finger into one of the knocks in the tree and then pulled a blade of grass from the ground. Part of the floor seemed to be pulled away from existence, as Pano slunk himself into his lab. Inside, it was very echoey and quiet, most of the noise coming from the occasional drop of water. Most things were made of metal, rusted metal at that. He slunk himself over to the corner where a huge desk was, thousands of sheets of paper flooding the area as he turned on an old looking PC. He tapped on it a few times and opened up several documents, most labelled with different things about different worlds. Pulling up a new document he turned to the others. "It may take me a while to find a solution, so in the meantime get to know eachother or something. Give me time," he muttered, not turning away. "Also if you touch anything I will disassemble your atoms."

Pano let out a distracted noise of unintrest and carried on typing. After a few seconds of silence, he handed Arise a small sphere. "Hold this, I want to know what happens to it." He asked blankly.

When he tried to touch the sphere, it Withered away/turned to dust before Arise could touch it.

Pano picked up some of the dust left by the sphere and carried it towards a small scanner. Putting it through, he looked at the particles. "Mmm." He mumbled, typing again. After a minute or so he pulled out a potted plant. "Now this."

Arise tried patting the leaves, but now when he was near the plant, it didn't leave behind any residues. No dust and no leftovers of the remains of the plant.

"Curious." He mumbled, going back to the computer to type. After a few minutes of typing up possible explanations, he swatted a fly and picked up its body carefully. "And this?"
