Levels will scale, and Pokemon will be reasonable. You won't find lvl. 80 Raikous in Route 1, for example.
All Starters are lvl. 5.
The Pokemon have their in-game movesets.
Be realistic. If you want shinies, sure, why not, but please limit yourself.
Try to use proper grammar.
This is an English RP.

Name: Morgan Baker
Age: 15
Gender: Femme
Personality: She's loud, she's proud, and she's a huge dork. Her confidence shines bright not only on the battle field but also in her every day life.
Appearance: Dark skin and darker hair with near pitch black eyes, she likes to splatter on make up (almost literally) in bright tones to make them pop in contrast to her pigment. You can almost always find her wearing roller skates- everywhere but tough terrain, of course. In the case of that, she gets a bit grumpy as her need for speed is neglected.
