i cannot, for the life of me, find any more eggs? i've clicked everything in the top four thingies thats available to my level adn now im exploring the news and... nothing.

I wish I'd joined the site sooner, then at least i'd have a better chance of finding more eggs - it feels like i'm grinding trainer levels as fast as possible just so i stand a chance of finding more :<

Ughhh still at 18/20. I’ve checked everywhere and used a site map, so I’m betting it’s in a locked off place that I may need an item for or some really really obscure link

Where did we land on whether or not they're "behind closed doors", so to speak, in the Ancient Cave quests? I don't even have the necessary items to start some of those quests (Reshiram/Zekrom/Giratina, for example) and I'm wondering if that's barring my ability to potentially find some eggs.

i think maybe this event dhouldnt have eggs in places you HAVE to unlock if they do it in the future bc it’s very unfair for newer players who want to participate??

i collected what i could in the areas i had unlocked. meaning i couldn’t find all 15 eggs until i had áreas unlocked. it’s not my fault the event is level locked.

They will never be "behind closed doors" as you say.
They may be in places you need level 15 to gain access to, but they'll never be locked behind an item.

You specifically referenced Ancient Caves quests: let's pretend one of your eggs is destined to be under [Random Quest]. You can open the quest page. You will get something to the effect of "you need this item to do this quest; you dont have item". BUT, *your egg will still be on the page*.

So, TL;DR your eggs are not locked behind items. Just open the page and look for eggs. If you dont see one, then there isnt one. I guarantee it will not show up after gaining whatever item the quest needs.

I’ve found 15 and felt like I’ve looked everywhere. I’ve clicked every possible link in my page as well as all link in the drop down, and every individual section of any place (towns for example) I could see. The last 5 must be pretty obscure which would explain why you get a shiny lol.

I’ll probably give up here content to have found 15. Good luck everyone.

Someone created a site map to help people. They spent a great deal of time on it, and it's quite extensive. It won't tell you where your eggs are, of course, but if you feel like you've checked every possible page, it's a great way to go through the site with a fine-tooth comb to find what you still need: Site Map

19/20 eggs even with the map someone linked. that 20th egg eludes me but i will keep randomly clicking everywhere in hope it will show up.

Edit: FINALLY found the last egg. My quest is over now. (^‿^✿)

also i just got the reference of the event pokemon Raylong and the 7 jade orbs is a reference to a certain anime
