"Can't have a joke, can I?" Jape grumbled quietly, snatching his spear and putting on a frown. "Do we destroy this place or walk through normally then?"

"This isn't the time or place for jokes. Especially the ones targeting those who are actually helping. Go find a way to help, because I'm leaving this place as soon as I find a way out." She says coldly, and walks away to continue her search.

Jape muttered something under his breath and then began looking about, trying to find a way out. He kicked away a large metal slab and then saw a small, destroyed set of stairs. "This might lead to light, if you're brave enough to escape." Jape began to jump up the stairs, opening out into a larger, darker part of the subway.

As it seems that Janine's search had failed, she headed over to where Jape had found another part of the subway. "Normally I'd recommend we search both floors, but it seems we've gotten everything we can from the first floor. Let's keep going." She says to Jape, walking into the dark room.

He nodded with a playful smirk, trotting around and inspecting the destruction. "It doesn't look like an explosion, but a log of powerful blows." He added, feeling his finger around the edges of broken walls and the marks that was left on torn up floors.

"But what could have done this? No human is strong enough to attack something with this much force... And why would anyone tear up some old train station? Unless... Could it be something other than just a train station? Could something else be here?" Janine questioned herself.

"Really now?" Vavillion said to Jape. "We're stuck in a post-apocalyptic universe. Something that might come out of those movies, and there is nothing we can do!!!" He screamed from his lungs. All he felt was annoyance.

"We're All Gonna Die!!!"

"Ah ah, you said a bad word there; Human. You see I don't think this world has Humans, per-se, I have ram horns and red skin. It appears this is cognitive people that inhabit this world, whatever happens it appears everything will be unpredictable." He suggested, looking at the tracks.

"You see? You do know way more then either of us do. Also, if this place doesn't have humans, then what the heck are me and Vavillion? What are we gonna do, bust out with some random superpowers next?" Janine says to him, a bit confused at the same time.

"No, that's just my theory. It's pretty clear that these aren't normal human things we've developed,"
He called across the room, rummaging through small compartments from the subway shops. "We just need to find another way upwards, it could be blocked so we should probably try moving the walls." He added with a mischievous smile, using the spear to spike the wall and take out a chunk. On further inspection, this specific bit of the wall seemed very weak and alike the others, making Jape realise the damage may have been done a while ago.

Name: Real name is unknown, he simply calls himself Immortal.
Gender: Male
Appearance: Normal form. Awakened form.
Power: Immortal has the ability to bring out the power of his heritage for periods of time, he calls it Awakening. During Awakening his injuries heal twice as fast. In this form he primarily attacks with dark fire, he usually coats his claws in it. He can only Awaken for 30 mins at most but only if his life is in danger otherwise his maximum capacity is usually 20 minutes or less.
Backlash: Pushing Awakening beyond the allowed time or using it too often will weaken him. The longer he stays in it the weaker he is going to come out of it. The more often he uses it without a proper break the less time he has in the form until it forces him back to normal.
Weakness: Power - Awakening can be forcefully undone by breaking all of his horns which leaves him disorientated and vulnerable for some time. Personal - It's easy to ruffle his feather's with a couple of well chosen words which usually makes him tunnel vision on the person who did so.
Personality: Immortal can be quite cocky but won't hesitate to back down when he knows he'd be digging his own grave if he continued. He's quite laid back and not afraid to cling to people in an annoying manner. More often than not he gets in trouble and if not him he does it to someone else.

Gender: Male
Appearance: Here.
Power: Ciel uses a sniper coupled with his power. His power allows him to see a specific target through walls and also allows him to shoot his target without making contact with whatever is in the way, almost as if there was nothing in the first place to stop the bullet.
Backlash: His power mainly comes from his eyes, using his power carelessly or too often will blind him for certain periods of time forcing him to rely on his other senses.
Weakness: Personal - Ciel's younger sister is a sore spot for him and can make him blindly lash out which can easily be taken advantage of. He doesn't always notice that he's injured or bothers to patch himself up. Power - His power can be blocked by something he didn't account for such as somebody trying to deflect his bullet or placing something he hadn't already seen through in front of his bullets path. He also cannot see through or make his bullet ignore a living organism that is in the way.
Personality: When Ciel isn't in the mood to hunt he's a contemplative and slightly chatty guy, however he is also the type of person to hit first and talk second if he doesn't like something. In the fairly rare occasion that he is in the mood to hunt he becomes almost like a rabid animal, not giving up no matter what until he has crushed his prey under his feet. Despite whatever he is feeling he almost always has a resting blank face.

"What do you mean by 'we'? For now, it seems like the only person here how has inhuman features is you." She says, moving some rubble out of the way. "How long ago do you think this place was created? Or destroyed, for that matter?" Janine asks Jape.

Immortal quietly comes up behind Janine and practically tackles her. "A long time ago!" he answers cheerfully while still clinging to her managing to keep himself and her upright. He barely stops himself from bursting into laughter. "What are you all doing here?" he asks sounding bubbly but also confident in a way that can easily rub others wrong.

Janine immediately kicks Immortal off of her. "And just who the hell are you..." Janine says, glaring at him. "Try that again and I'll kill you." She threatens, picking up a rusted pole. It's not much, but for self-defense it will have to do.

"Oh! And who might you be? And where might you live?" Jape asked, giggling slightly. He turned to the new visitor and put away his spear, putting on a wide smile.

Immortal straightened himself out and seemed wholly unfazed about Janine's makeshift weapon or her threats. "I just call myself Immortal. I live everywhere and nowhere, but mainly above. I happened to hear noises so I came down here to see." he grinned back at Jape. "But never mind me. What are you guys doing here?" he asks in return and tilts his head to the side slightly.

"Science experiment. We got called in and then sent here to find our true selves. We arrived five or so minutes ago." He said quickly, taking a welcoming bow.

Immortal looks up at the ceiling looking thoughtful for a second but then simply shrugs and smiles. "Welcome to your home away from home then." he says cheerfully with his arms spread. "So since you're looking for your true selves what's the plan so far? If you've got one that is." he sways on his feet as he speaks, seemingly incapable of staying still.

"Making it out of here is the first thing we intend to do. Besides that, we don't know much about this world or place we are in. It's hard to make a plan when you don't know where you even are." Janine says, showing the pole away. "However, if you indeed live here, care to tell us why you are here?" Janine asks Immortal, not trusting him very much if at all.
