I was just fishing in emera beach with the good rod trying to get those dang sheldders and I fished up a prison bottle.

I know it changes hoopa into unbound but how do I get hoopa and what is the bottles worth?
(sorry for any bad grammer or spelling)

Here's the wiki page for the hoopa quest, it should explain everything you need to know. Though if something is still unclear, just let me know.

According to the price check, a prison bottle would be worth around 10,000 - 15,000 PD.
