Adding a little event pokemon tab to the auction house would be nice for those of us who are looking to bid on auctions with just event pokemon, the only way as of now to actually find event pokemon in the auction house is to either scroll through the search hoping the specific event you want is there, find one in the featured auctions, or to find one by just browsing through all of what is in the auction house.

I’d love to see a little tab that can separate the event pokemon into its own category for finding, kinda like how mega Pokémon have their own as well as shinies!

Shinies and mega able have their own tab because it's an alternative form of an existing form. Ergo, you can't find them in the drop-down menu. Events can be found in the list and they're their own pokémon. As such the comparison that Events should get it, because mega/shiny have it, doesn't hold up.
