I feel like the auction is kinda bad. People can just wait till the last second to bid higher and they are pretty much guaranteed to get it. IMO I think it should reset the timer to like 15 seconds if a new bid has come out.

It happens when I am trying to get a combee cause I need one in my pokedex

To this, I think it should had bids being stopped for the last seconds or so, just so they can't steal it away, make it unfair.

Look, Sniping is just part of Pokeheros. If you don't want to get sniped, just try to bid higher.

To be honest, sniping isn't really unfair. It's a part of life and even snipers get sniped. It's easy, if you don't wanna get sniped, either bid higher or go to the GTS/Pokemon shops in forums. I've seen many people complain about sniping but really, it's part of the auction house plus it is thrilling in my opinion.


I mean, what's the point of countlessly raising the bid higher (with the high possibility of not even winning the auction and losing PD accumulatively) when you can just snipe and raise the bid at the last second with the lowest amount of PD lost (and high chance of winning the auction)?


Your idea/opinion is nice and creative but I see a problem with it- what if people still bid at the very last second, meaning the timer will reset to 15 secs and then they bid at the last second once 14 secs have gone by, meaning the timer then resets to 15 secs, in other words, a never-ending auction running on infinity tracks until someone gives up and smashes their keyboard.

In other words, there is no complete way to stop sniping. There are always snipers who are gonna snipe an auction.

Even if you lock it at the last few seconds, there are snipers who are gonna snipe it before it gets locked.
