I currently need a wacan berries for a quest but I've been unable to find any
Where do get them? Is it a random chance at the shop?
Also every time I attempt to trade for one nobody seems interested are they super rare or something?

Yes, they can be obtained in the item shop! The items in the shop change every day so you'll just have to wait till they show up.

They aren't any more expensive than other berries from what I remember.
