You can either use a Soothe Bell on them or give them acupuncture in the Salon (:

you have to wait until level 11, and then go to the salon. they should have the acupuncture,it takes 15 minutes, and it costs 4000 pokedollars, but if you afford it, and have the time, you can do it!

That, or you can go to the item shop, get a soothe bell, and use it.
