Ok, I've checked the wiki, but I can't find anything on what legendaries Ditto can breed with. If anyone can help, I'd be awfully grateful.

But, to answer your question, the breedable legends are mewtwo, deoxys, arceus, genesect, and diancie. I think that's it but it's possible some mischievous little bugger is slipping my mind.

Thank you! I also found out that the Unknowns can be bred as well, I popped an A in, and got a L and an ! which is surprising.

Moving to help but yeah, Unown will give random Unown eggs, you'll want to use a wide lens on them ^^
Finhawk already answered the question about legendary's but if it helps you remember if you ever forget, (minor spoiler alert)

Show hidden content

All reward legendary's you get for completing a Pokedex can breed.
