Eclipse shot a goon coming up from behind Alyson. They had taken care of most of the goons but where was the man? “Alyson keep your guard up. Their leader might be here” He said as he kicked a goon in the face.

She nodded looking at her knife and tossing it behind her with a frown. Too much blood on the blade. It wouldn't even work as a paper cutter. Best get rid of it before it became dangerous.

“That was good. But he is our last target” Eclipse said as he shot a gun at the mans head.

“I don’t think so” the man said as he lifted his hand up. The bullet melted in mid air.

“Be careful. He probably has fire powers” Eclipse said to Alyson as he shot a few more times.


The man melted the bullets again. He took off his cloak and showed his face. It was full of scars and blackened flesh. The warehouse started to get hot.

She began thinking a bit back to when she was playing pretend. She was a firefighter and had a toy hose, plastic axe, and a plastic fire extinguisher. A fire extinguisher. Yes that would work. She however failed to realize one would be in the base of a man with fire powers, "We need a fire extinguisher."

Eclipse looked around the warehouse, “There’s one on the back wall!” He yelled as he flew into the air.

The Man turned around angrily, “Not for long” he said while shooting fire at it.

Eclipse flew and kicked the man in the face. He slammed into a wall but got back up.

Alyson frowned thinking a bit before looking around. Daddy out sand in fire. Would dirt work just as well? If not she's have rocks to throw.

Eclipse flew up then came flying towards the man. He tried to get a punch in.

The man grabbed Eclipse, He punched him in the gut, Kneed him in the side, and then threw him into the wall. He smashed into it and didn’t move. The man laughed manically while coming towards Alyson. The man had two balls of Fire in each hand.

She looked at the man thinking a bit before grabbing Eclipse and leaping into the air cutting her jump in half from his weight. She landed in the nearby roof and began thinking. What could she do?

The man frowned and he shot fire out of his arms. He propelled himself upwards and came out of the warehouse. He smirked as he landed on the building with Alyson and Eclipse. “I don’t plan on leaving you unfinished” He said.

Eclipse stood up, “Alyson get away I need some space to take care of this guy” He said while taking a fighting stance.

Alyson thought a bit before sighing, "He ready to save me Superman."
With that she grabbed the man around the waist and leapt into nearby river before coughing and wheezing unable to swim. Seemed like a good idea before but not it was cold, wet, and hurt her lungs.

“That works too” Eclipse said as he flew down to the river and swooped up Alyson. “You ok?” He asked while putting her on one side of the river bank.

The man was furious now, He swam up to the other side of the bank and he stood up. He tried to use his firepower’s but it was hopeless. He cursed.

“Ok give me two minutes” He said while cracking his knuckles. In an instant he darted across the river and kneed the man straight in the stomach. He gave him an upper cut which sent the man flying upwards. Then as a final blow Eclipse flew up and slammed down the man into the ground. He glided down and saw the man who looked dead on the ground.
