While doing the Hoopa quest, I'm unable to find the last ring even though I checked literally everywhere, except for 3 locked areas. How do I unlock the Radar (I assume by buying the PokeRadar), the last setting, and the Exp Share in the Community tab?

Make sure to train my bird!

The last Setting is Premium Settings, and I don’t think he put it on that page, and the EXP Share is unlocked at level 25. You are correct about the Pokeradar.

Look on some veteran players profiles. Sometimes they have a link to literally ALL the available pages onsite, some not easily accessible.

Alright, I've unlocked everything aside from Premium Settings. I see no Hoopa Rings, though. Is there anywhere I might've missed? I looked everywhere from the contests to the fountain to all the settings to every little thing in the Community tab.

Using a site map, turns out it was in the Wondercards. I finally got Hoopa, and thanks for your help.
