This is my first game and I'm excited to get started. This was inspired by AngellTale~Sans' horror game!

I sit up and rub my head, the last thing I remember is the car crash, the metal, the sirens, the blood. I look around for anything familiar but all I can see it the tall, black pines that showed a velvet red sky between the dark crimson leaves. I stand up to see two paths and a backpack. The right looks long and empty and the left is short but covered in brambles

I go to pick up the backpack. It's navy with a white zipper and looked quite full but as I pick it up, it feels light as a feather. I notice blood on the straps. I decide it's time to pick my path.

I make my way towards the right path. It takes an hour to get the the end of the road and I was now very hungry. I looked but no houses, people or animals where around. A pebble path takes an looming road ahead but a path of trees was cleared on my left.

I take to path of cleared trees and watched my footing as I stumbled on the uneven road. I saw something in the distance, something silver? I make my way to reveal a frozen lake. Something moves under the ice. Should I take the risk and look for fish in the lake? Or should I find food else where

I look at the frozen lake suspiciously and walked around. As I made my way away from the lake the woods became thicker. Suddenly, a bunny flashed across my feet and I took chase desperately. Eventually, I caught up to the speedy animal and was able to grab it. It didn't wriggle or struggle as if admitting defeat. A sharp stick on the ground was the perfect weapon to kill it, I snatched it and when to stab it but hesitated.

I go to stab it again and without hesitation, I killed it.[-1% sanity]
A black whisp trails out the stab would and into the sky before vanishing in the red space above me. I make a fire easily and cook the rabbit. It tastes a bit bland but better than nothing [Hunger Restored!]

I look in the bag curiously, there is a locket a bone and a golden shard of something. I pop the stick in and zipped it back up. I got up and headed off back to see the pebble path, swiftly avoiding the lake and its dancing shadows.
