I make my way down the pebble path and I see something in the distance. Looks like a person, late teens to adult height.

I slowly approach the figure, it seems to back up when I reach for my stick. Then I heard its voice...

I go to pick up the locket in my backpack but a small note caught my eye it read:

I zip up the bag and shake my head. The thing in front of me let's off a screech that almost burst my ear drums. I race around it, heading further up the pebble path. As it's voice gets quieter I began to slow down. As I look back I notice I can no longer see the figure.

I go straight up the pebble path, I looked back for two seconds to see if anything was following me. But I didnt time it right, and fell straight off a cliff
