Can someone please tell how you can evolve your pokemon, I just started this game and I'm still a bit confused about the evolution process. If you can please tell me I'll be super grateful.

For the most part, you don't have to confirm the evolution - it just happens. Unless, of course, the pokemon requires an item to evolve.
