So I just bought an event pass and I went to the event egg page and it says how I'm currently event hunting ______ eggs and shows the Pokemon. Then I have to go to the year, scroll down and click the "free" button next to the right event Pokemon. Every. Single. Time. Because it refreshes with every button click, it's also not intuitive (at least not for me).

I suggest you put a "get free egg" button (or whatever text) up at the top where it shows what you're event hunting (on the event page). That way it's easy to find and right there when the page refreshes.
