i don't know if this was answered (i checked the forum and i didn't see anything, surprisingly) but how come I get almost nothing whenever I send my Pokemon out on rumble areas? Is it because they're still level one? How do you get things like chests or rare items? am i just dumb??

For how long are you sending them out? If it's in 5min span, you'd hardly get anything from there! The best option is to send them to 12 hours missions, those are most likely to get you rarer items and level up faster the area.

Rare items are random. You just have to keep on sending them out over and over again.
