Not really i only kicked him 1Million times per second and the impact of releasing him from my time freeze was to strong then... By the way my power is time control

You'll be okay.

Everything around them turns to a blur. Electricity surrounds them. It feels like you're being pulled apart all at once. You get the feeling you want to shake as if you've just been scared silly. You are going at the speed of light.
