My retro Totodile passed level 18 already which is usually when Totodile evolves into Croconaw, but it still hasn't evolved. I'm relatively new to the game so is there a way to manually evolve it or do I just have to wait a bit?

If someone says it's wrong to hope, I'll tell them that they're wrong every time.

I believe retro pokemon will not evolve.
