You go to enter the lab, but the door is locked. There's a sign on the door, 'Go to the first route, I'll meet you there with a pokedex, and pokeballs.' there's a sloppy signature at the bottom you can barely make out the words Pokemon Professor.

Go home

Go to the first route

Your mom smiles at you when you come into the house, then she notices your Oshawott. She grabs potions and gives them to you along with a town map and some running shoes. She says something about pressing b to run but you didn't understand.

You reach the start of route one where the Professor meets you. They give you (x5) pokeballs, your pokedex, and ask you to help fill it. They also tell you that a large group of trainers had been through recently and that you probably could catch up with them if you hurry.

Explore

Encounter pokemon

Talk to the NPCs

Go straight to the next town

You explore and find that this route is an open space, with an exit at the back. You find a potion between some trees.

Encounter pokemon

Talk with NPCs

Go to next town
