To make Pokejoras you need:
A sprite of your choice
The Majora's Mask Sprite Sheet (Here it is)
1.) 'Cut' the desired position of the mask.
2.) Place the mask on top of the Pokemon's face.
3.) Then, pick some colors from the mask.
4.) Recolor the pokemon with the colors you picked.
5.) Profit.

Two sprites of the pokemon you will animate. (Ex.

I use ezimba to animate the sprites, then I make them transparent, but I think it's possible to animate them in Photoshop, too. I have ABSOLUTELY no idea.
1.) Get those 2 sprites. (Only 1st-4th gen pokemon)
2.) ezimba: Click the 'Click to load image' button at the top.
3.) ezimba: Click the 'Frame Animation' link.
4.) ezimba: Click the button with the '2' over it to choose the other frame of animation. (Only 52 at a time)
5.) ezimba: Click 'Convert' at the bottom of the page.
6.) There is a button to go back to the main page under the 'Load Image' button.
7.) Click 'Transparent'
8.) Convert.
9.) Profit.

Now that I told you how to make the sprites, try a Haunter animation and a Vulpix Pokejora.

Haha, it didn't me either when I learned. xD If they're in the back, it looks fine, but if you can see the feet or whatever and it's not a little above/below the trainers feet, then it looks like it's a flying type. .3. And flying types can be farther up if you want, but only if they're not too big. Like Articuno would be too big. Great job with them! They both look great!
Now try a team with starters. (Evolved or not, doesn't matter.) A team of your favorite type and a team with all dragons. .3.

The reason I ask if you want to be is because sometimes critiques might be viewed as offensive sometimes, even though they're helpful advice.. :3

Perfect! Thanks. :3 Okay, You're grateful I just made some tutorials. Prerequisites means you have to be able to do certain things for the sprites.
Custom recolors tutorial.
If you understand, try recoloring Eevee with different shades of blue.
Accessories tutorial.
If you understand, try a Gardevoir with a red bracelet.
