Try a Chansey with a nurse hat, like in the anime.
You use pixlr, so you take the lasso tool, wrap it around say, Umbreon and then click the edit button on the upper left. In it, it will say copy. Click that and then go to the other window that has Espeon in it, and then click the edit button again and THIS time press paste. :3

You click the layer button on the upper left and at the bottom there it will say flip horizontally/vertically. (Vertical being up/down and horizontal being left/right.)
