i have figured out how to edit the order of things but i cant edit specific panels including the about me on my profile need to know if its an actual bug or riako is introing editing panels slowly

You need to go to 'Profile Layout' in the Settings-menu and click the edit-icon

there. It's no longer done through your profile, but through the layout page (:
