I have a few rules on how this works:
1: I only post set price or offer to adopts, and I am first come, first serve unless I am not payed by my deadline (rule 2)
2: my deadline to be paid by is always 30 HOURS AFTER I have ACCEPTED your offer. Fail to pay by then and I will sell to the next person in line.
3: NO fighting, whining, or bribing. If you missed the adopt you missed the adopt. I wont give in just because you'll pay higher.
4: (OTA Exclusive rule) you may offer the following: Anything on Pokeheroes as long as it is worth something (you cant offer like 5 pokeballs and expect me to accept.), Flight Rising currency, Art (I'm not too picky on art, I just wish that you spend more than five minutes on a piece and I require examples.), and other characters.
5: YES, you may gift the character to someone else, but PLEASE do not sell the character unless you have more art pieces of them than just mine!
