Steel has been promoted to an Elder! Also, The first Elder, mod, etc, are all me. This is to prevent unnecessary competitions.

Also, my school started, so, Steel and Hipster shall be temporary moderators! The coming Sunday, I will have a test between both of you to choose the moderator!
