This had happening for awhile now. I would go to retrieve my rumblers but when I do, the animation stops and I can't re-send them.

[ this isn't a picture taken mid-animation. It's completely frozen like that ]

It happens randomly because sometimes, I can re-send them and other times that happens instead. It's very annoying because I have to refresh the page and do the whole set up all over again. I'm on a phone and don't really have any other device to test this on, but it happened twice when I was borrowing a laptop.

First I thought it'd be a a connection issue, but I'm not sure since I wasn't able to recreate it by forcing a bad connection. Also it happening to multiple devices would make a connection issue more probable (if you tested this with the same internet connection).

But seeing that the animation stops in the middle of it is kind of strange. If it was a browser issue you'd have this pretty much every time, not just sometimes.

Third option would be that there is actually a bug in the code, but then I would expect more people reporting this problem (because it looks annoying indeed).

It could also be a combination of the above. So it would be useful to know which browser you use on your phone and which browser you used on the laptop you borrowed.

I still think it's a connection issue

This does happen to me, as well. Normally it takes anywhere from a few more seconds than usual to a minute or so for the rumblers to return. I have noticed this happen [on the shorter side of time] multiple times/quite often tbh.

I use 4G Internet on my phone that goes 9mb per second so it couldn't be my connection issue. Although, my wifi is just the average 151 kpbs when I used it on my laptop so I'm not sure if connection issue is the problem here.

On phone, I use the average up to date android browser when I'm just doing normal game stuff. When I'm on the laptop I used Opera and Chrome. I switch between them for reasons I'm not even sure why.

Trust me, I didn't report it either because I honestly though it's my device or connection but after seeing it happens on multiple circumstances I couldn't ignore it anymore.

it doesn't mean that if you have a 9mb connection that this is constantly a 9mb connection.
The reason I think it's a connection issue is that when you click "Return" (or whatever the button is you have to click), a request is sent and it will stay in this "Retrieving animation" until it got an answer from PH. It could also be that there's some lag on PH's side when you try to click it.

If this is the problem a solution would be to set a 10 seconds (or smth) timeout & then just let you try again, if it's due to connection the second time might be faster and work again. Even if this isn't the issue, it wouldn't hurt implementing this.

But still, it's a fact that it didn't work on multiple networks. Last time I left the site about 6 months ago, I used the same connection and internet package for both my data and wifi and this had never happened. When I returned to the game last month it only happened then.

My internet connection is also very stable even if it's this recurring fast internet. It has no delays and the only times my internet had been 'poor' was when the games I'm playing had bad servers, which may be the case in this situation?
