Keir Took out his e-handbook and looked at the rules "You Mean Rule 8 don't you." He stopped on that tab it read.

Makoto sighed, wondering how in the world he'd get that bird to listen. Or... recover? The brid seemed close to Rory, even if it was just a coot. "I'd say I hope it won't happen again, but... knowing Monokuma, and his motives... we'll never know..." He called for Carlita again.
The waterbird got up- Makoto got excited, thinking maybe the bird was listening, but instead it walked to Rory- and began nudging him again. It was clear that it thoughr Rory was asleep- and it was still trying to wake him up. It continued to coo, before giving up... Carlita stepped back, before nestling himself into Rory's overturned hat and curling up.

Bakura sighs. "The rules are rules.... Hopefully the bird will recover once the body is gone.... But if you hit someone with a guitar, in certain conditions the guitar will break..... Just saying. None of this could really be framing evidence unless if you have done this yourself......" She says with a sigh.
