Meiji stared at the Monokuma File for a bit. "Thank you, I guess?", she didn't know if she should be angry at Monokuma for starting this whole thing in the first place or grateful that he provided tools to help with the investigation.

((So how will this work? Like the games? And for the investigation, Yumi and Mukuro won be helpful until tomorrow. And after 3 pm-ish.))

Makoto smiled gently at Roslyn. "Thanks... I'll be fine. Don't worry." he bit his lip, putting the bird down. "Stay here, be good, okay?" He mumbled to the bird, despite the fact that the bird may not have even understood him.
He got up, and stepped over to Rory, beginning to look up close. He lifted the head, looking for any wounds other than the scratch. The monokuma file showed injuries- big spots- but he felt that wouldn't help in the long run.
He had discovered a bruise on Rory's neck, just barely able to see it- his first piece of evidence that there was a fight.
Huffing, he then attempted to roll him over- before stumbling back. He couldn't pull it off- being so much smaller than Rory, he was much weaker. He huffed again, sitting down on his knees, and observing what he'd seen already.
He glanced to the others, wondering exactly what they'd think of his sudden actions. He thought it was simply the thought of Kyoko being proud of him- and that he wanted to help figure out who did it. Definately good motives, in his eyes.

(Makes sense. Also I'm a bit slower with responses so aaa sorry if any are awkward)

"Alright Makoto." Roslyn says before taking bakura out of the room to sit down and to get away from the body. She comes back later and helps the search.
Few minutes after Roslyn comes back, Bakura comes back and searches as well.

Hoshi admired Makoto's bravery for investigating Rory's body. I guess... I should help too. she thought, scanning the room.

Makoto huffed, checking the arms, and noticed another bruise. "Scratches along the face and arms, of course. It stated the wound that killed him was to the chest- didn't say exactly what it used, but it could be assumed that this-" he tapped the raptor claw- "was what the culprit used."

Meiji frowned, "I'm not very good at investigating things... Should I still try to help?" She looked over Rory's body and the surroundings multiple times, trying her best to understand what was going on, but she just couldn't fully grasp everything.

Makoto realized he must've forgotten to reply to Nagito. "You could help me roll Rory over- I wanna see the chest wound. It may help us narrow down who the culprit was." He smiled, despite the fear and despair he was feeling... "As for Meiji... you can help us find out what bruised him, and what scratched him..." he stared at the strings again, before shaking his head.
