Okay, so this keeps happening and I need to do something about it.
I've edited the form so people understand it better. You aren't in trouble or anything!
"Reference Image" means a reference of what the Pokesona is.
"Base Image" was the pose or base I would use. You linked to the Ref. Image which is incorrect.
Please edit your form with a base image and send me a PM saying you corrected it.
Or re-post the form again, that works too :3
And that's totally fine to order for someone else, I think that's awesome~
Also, the total comes out to 60 Nuggets, I charge ten for shading.
If you want to pay me a combo 50 Nuggets and 15k Pokedollar, then that works fine too~

Couple of things here.
First, I need a few more details on the reference image (It's hard to decipher).
Is it just a purple Noivern with no tail? And a red scarf?
Second, that base image does not work.
You state you want a full body but that base is only a headshot.
I also cannot use that as a base to begin with, you must find me a base image of Noivern.
Not something drawn like your avatar.
Third, that is far too much animation you are requesting.
That is a LOT of work that I would have to scratch on my own and I'm not doing that much.
I can do light animations, such as blinking, blushing, smiling, things of that sort.
Please re-post your form after following what I've asked.
Do not edit your previous form, just re-order.

Man oh man, I just cannot do it. You did everything right in the form.
But I can't do a full body for Noivern in a Small Art. It doesn't fit and looks more like a silly sprite.
I can do a Bust or Headshot if you like without changing the price.
Or if you want a full body I'll have to switch it up for a Large Art for an extra price.

What You Want: Kinda like a recolor, per say, though I'd like a few specific details added to it--
Details/Ref. Image: For the brown parts of a normal Deoxys, the color is instead a dark blue-ish/purple (if you want me to elaborate more clearly on that color, I can) and it has no pupils, just galaxy eyes (again, I can try to elaborate a bit more if you're confused by my explanations) And the round circle on its face, the blue part of a normal deoxys face, is also galaxy-fied. Everything else is normal colored, except the gem on its chest has a small crack in it (if it's too small to add the crack, that's fine too.)
