I got ya ^w^ Just for future reference, those types of sprites are usually known as "Disguises" in case you ever order another one in the future~
I also can't tell if I took this sprite a little too far... But I love it >w<

I am really glad you added that part of it being made by you. Otherwise I would have said "no"
But that being said, your sprite is twice the size of a normal sprite so I went ahead and did what I could. If you want it to be a little more correct, I'll need the correct version of the sprite that isn't that large.

I did as you've asked but I want you to know this is suddenly unnatural. The sprite does not look as it should. Eyes on a level plane aren't standard for the way this sprite is sorta looking. That's why the blush is missing, otherwise it looked like Saffron here had a red nose >.< But enjoy!~

I did what I could. Not much to fuse between the two Pokemon.
And no, I will not do a second sprite for you because you asked in the "extra" slot, that would be bending/breaking rule number 4, so be warned.
You would have to order it separately once your first order is done.
Also, even if I wanted to do the sprite you requested, the two wouldn't be compatible and there's nothing I can fuse the two with. So I'll deny that order before you request it.

I would normally allow two types and attempt it to the best of my power, but...
Why Ice/Electric? It's such a weird typing that doesn't really exist (Not counting Rotom, there's many forms there) in a single official Pokemon. It doesn't work.
Also, WHY Litwick? Why such a tiny Pokemon with NOTHING to do there.
I tried but there was zero I could attempt there. Sorry.
