Scar stiffened up when he heard a loud crack in the air. "We need to get back and warn Luna and Solar" he said.

Luna was laying down and nodded. She was still rather tired.

Scar was right behind Star and skid to a stop. "Humans are here with their loud hunting sticks. We have to move" he said.

Luna looked toward Lyra and the pups. "Grab the pups, and make sure Lyra is ready to move" she said. "I know where we can go."

Lyra looked around. "What's going on" she asked.

Fang got Sky ready to follow him, both carrying some food in case the pack needed it.

Luna stood at the camp entrance. "Let's go" she said as she headed out.

Luna lead the way through the forest, toward the mountain before there was a large cave she entered in. On the other side it revealed a large meadow with trees tucked away in the back. It looked almost like the mountain created a bowl. "The last time this was needed for the pack a wild fire had taken over the forest. This will keep us safe for a while, but not forever. There is food for us to hunt, but we cannot kill it all. It would leave no food for the future if we need it again."

Lyra pulled her pups close and licked them all trying to keep them warm while they nursed.
