Wait, I already have 56k PD, but the
quest isn't finishing. Do I need to make enough interactions to get
another 25k PD?

Go in Emera Mall, Item Shop, and in
the "other" (or is it called "misc"? i can't remember) tab. You'll
find what you're looking for
