Yas nodded and swam past Kair. The scar was only slightly noticeable as he passed her. "Yeah! Cyndaquil, and Pidgeotto will be great to train with. Maybe we can get a double battle." He said cheerfully.

Kair squinted at the scar and sighed in slight relief. She smiled and followed him happily. "Yeah! Do you think that they like battling? Do trained pokemon LIKE battling?" She mused thoughtfully.

Yas nodded cheerfully and swam for the exit to the cave. "Yeah this is going to be great!" He said cheerfully and nudged Kair in a friendly manner.

Kair nudged him back and took off to swim in the mouth of the cave. She made a face at Kibo before darting up and jumping quickly out of the water.

Yas blinked and followed Kair quickly. He swam after her, and jumped out of the water as well. He soon arrived on the beach and saw that Tiger and Cyndaquil were there. Cyndaquil was battling Pidgeotto.

Yas nodded and squeaked in excitement. He swam over to rock and settled onto it to watch the battle. "Alright, Cyndaquil dig!" Tiger called out from the beach.

"Tiger you know I'm not effected by that." Pidgeotto sighed in an annoyed.

Tiger blinked, "I know that, just wait." He said and held a hand up as Cyndaquil dug into the sand.

Kair tilted her head. Not affected? Pokemon can be immune to moves? She thought curiously, watching with renewed interest. She stayed next to Yas.

Yas smiled at Kair, and looked back at the fight. "Do you remember why a ground move doesn't effect me?" Pidgeotto asked Tiger.

Tiger blinked and tapped a finger to his chin. He looked thoughtful. "Yes! A ground move can't effect a flying Pokémon because a flying Pokémon isn't grounded. However, if you can ground a flying Pokémon with say a move like gravity. It will be super effective. " Tiger replied, and nodded. Cyndaquil jumped out of the ground behind Pidgeotto, not alerting the Pokemon yet. "But if you know how to play along with dig. Then you can surprise your opponents. Cyndaquil now, use Aerial Ace." Tiger called out, Cyndaquil was in the air from jumping out of the hole, he knocked Pidgeotto to the ground with the move.

Cyndaquil looked up as he heard Kair. He jumped off of Pidgeotto letting the Pokémon up. "Gotcha bro!" He said kindly to the flying Pokémon and looked around for the source of the voice.

Cyndaquil laughed in amusement and glanced at Pidgeotto, who was rubbing his neck in embarrassment. "We aren't that great. I mean, Tiger's the one who came up with that idea." Cyndaquil said in slight embarrassment. Yas slithered over to Kair and the others.

"Hey Kair, Yas. It's nice to see that the oran berry worked." Tiger said kindly and walked over to the others.

Tiger nodded and crossed his arms. "Oh I know, what if you both train with us? I mean, if you do you'll both level up faster, and you might be able to learn a few moves to create a combination." He said kindly.
