So my idea is........
We make a Sprite shop! But instead of requesting those fusions and so on, you can order a PokeSona of your choice! Describe it and we will make it!
And as I said, if your a spriter and wanna help that's great,If your an Artist and wanna help that's greater!

It also depends on person for this as well. For example, I am going to participate, but all of my work will be done as drawings. Because of the time it takes to do them, everything that I do would be bought by users when the work is finished.
Examples:
I can do a lot more with art than I can with sprites. So if I offered sprite work, it would be free unless I was scratching the sprites. (Which I wouldn't offer for this)

This is exactly right. If the artwork is not made specifically for you, then it's obviously not your Pokésona as you're taking someone else's character to use as your own. That is not what a Pokésona is at all.
CometandAqua : A reference is something that shows what your Sona looks like to an accurate level. I use an actual reference image that includes Navuso's wings open and closed. Lilwan uses a detailed image made by Girafarig. Sprites work as well, as long as it's accurate.
And, if there's a lack of an accurate image, a detailed description is acceptable as a reference to the character itself :3
