Do I need to keep sending Valentine cards to different users in order to increase the shiny chance? I already sent 3 different ones so I qualify for the event pkmn but I'm not sure if I can start sending them to the same person now and still increase the shiny chance. thanks!

I am not 100 % sure, but I think you can send them then to the same person.

I just tried and sent my 4th Valentine to someone I already sent one to and the chance didn't increase so maybe not? :( Unless the chance just increases really slowly? lol

edit: ok I just sent a 5th one to a different user and it still didn't increase so it's seeming more likely that it just increases slowly

MoonRabbit: For the shiny chance it doesn't matter if you send all cards to one user or different users :)

The chance increases very slowly first, but it goes up much quicker after some time.
