I was reviewing my pokedex moving multiples into the repeat box and I noticed the the pokedex shows that I have two Magnikarps and Gastly when I only have one. The other thing I noticed is that I have a Magnikarp (Retro) and it's not shown on the pokedex.

Pokedex will count shinies too, that's why it is showing 2 for both gastly and magikarp, you have both shiny and non shiny in your boxes.

While for retro magikarp, can you give us a link of the one that you have? I can't find it in your storage boxes.
