How do you get mega stones/pokemon

You can get mega stones by brewing them in the Gem Cauldron, exchanging fish Pokémon and items with Leah the mermaid (here) or finding them in the Treasure Hunt game in the Game Center.

Leah's trades change every day so you will have to check daily to see what trades she has for you.

You can also buy them from other users but they tend to be quite expensive

Unlike Official Games, every individual Pokémon doesn’t have its own respective Mega Stone on PokéHeroes. Instead, you have to hatch a Pokémon with a special power which will be indicated by a Mega Stone (corresponding to its Game Counterpart) and give it a Mega Stone to hold. Once they reach Level 50, they will Mega Evolve into their Mega Form. Additionally, Mega Evolution is not reversible on PokéHeroes.
