	I had that as well, but when I gave up the quest and found Hoopa again several hours later, I found all five rings. Just give up and wait for the quest to be triggered again and it should work out. Maybe not the best solution, but it works. [Read more]

	At this point, it might be better to take this to personal messages. You can dislike it all you like, but if there had been any rules broken with all the bumping, I'm sure one of the mods would have told the OP to stop it. I support the suggestion. It would certainly be nice to simply put them into order without having to remove and add the links over and over again.
As for the little discussion going on here, I suppose since no mod has intervened with the bumping yet, it should be okay? Don't quote me on that but I think if it really was that big of a problem, one of the mods would have already said something idk
