I suggest that a new plushie, Kyurem, should appear either as an event prize (within the Kyurem Winter Event) or on other occasion.

They can be obtained from christmas gifts each year.

All pokémon will (eventually) get a plushie-form, though.
Just saying that Kyurem should get one, doesn't really do anything ^^'
