I've seen someone say that Kyurem was a chainable pokemon, but how? Like could I breed it with ditto, or buy eggs with gems? Or was this a lie?

They're not chainable [they were messing with you].
They're also not shiny-locked, though, but your only chance to get a shiny is random chance.
