Mira glanced behind her and gave a tiny nod. "Where. Where was the
question. I need you to be a bit more specific." She called coolly,
not dropping the gun. "Tiger, stay back. If anything goes wrong, I
need you to cover me." She muttered almost inaudibly.
Snow frowned and decided to stay back just in case he kept guard on
the door but didn't say anything else to Mel.
Tiger nodded and glanced at Jamie, Cyndaquil stayed close to Rose
in case something happened. Kibo went to stand near Toka. He
snarled at the electron member that was standing in the room and
had answered Mira's question.
"Me? Heh I'm surprised you don't recognize me." He said lowly,
Tiger froze as he had recognized the voice. He bit back a yell. "I
mean I was in Kalos, and Soren was kind enough to break me out of
prison." He said coolly.
"Frost." Kibo snarled angrily and glanced at Tiger for a
moment.
Jamie tensed as he heard what Kibo snarled. He leaned down to
whisper in Rose's ear. "Rose if a fight breaks out I want you to
guard Cyndaquil." Rose nodded her understanding, shifting to be
closer to Cyndaquil.
Mira grit her teeth. "I'm sorry I didn't recognize the Giovanni
wannabe," She growled coldly, putting a hand out to stop Toka from
attacking. She snarled instead. "Let Koko go if you know what's
good for you."
Cyndaquil looked at Rose as she went over to him. He nodded a
thanks, and stood closer to her. Tiger had turned pale at Frost's
tone. He looked over to Kibo, who went to stand by Toka and Mira.
"Like I'd given you Koko." Frost said dryly.
“Frost? Isn’t that that dude I lied to in Kali’s? Snowman guy?”
Drew asked, Leon nodding in agreement. “Man, taht was funny you’re
such a sucker for believing it. And look where you are now.”
Mira shook her head at Drew. "I've got a better idea," She
muttered. "Frost, we both know that's not going to happen. You'd be
even dumber than I thought if you expected that to happen. So I'll
tell you what. A legend for a legend."
"What. The hell. Are you doing." Toka growled to her
quietly.
Frost looked at Mira curiously. "Hm. What legend?" He asked in an
interested tone. Tiger bit the inside of his mouth to keep himself
from saying anything else. The Silver Wing was glowing now.
"Nice," Mel beamed as another Pokémon hit the ground and vanished
back into its pokeball. Riu growled in satisfaction, red eyes
gleaming, though he remained mega-evolved, receptors up.
"How double battle?" Connor whispered from where he'd reappeared
from behind a desk.
Mel blinked. "Like, a double battle?"
Connor nodded.
"Deal," Mel grinned and held up one hand. "Should be fun. Pick your
poison, buddy."
"Pom!" The Aipom leapt off his shoulder and hit the ground beside
Riu with a laughing noise. Riu grinned, Pom chattered, and a Luxray
leapt for them.
