As seen here, I have 25 doors open, when clearly there are only 24 and I have opened all of them. I don't know if this bug only occurs with people with all doors open. Even though the event is ending soon anyway, I just thought I'd mention this.

The same thing has happened to me.
My best guess is that when you claim the reward egg, it counts as opening an extra door.
